Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Grades 5-8
Thank you for registering your child for the upcoming season of Trumbull Youth Field Hockey! We’re excited to welcome your family to our community and look forward to a fun and active season. Please note the following important details: 📅 Tentative Practice/Game Schedule: Dates and times for practices and games are tentative and subject to change based on field availability and enrollment numbers. A finalized schedule will be provided closer to the season start. 💳 No Refund Policy: Please be advised that all registrations are non-refundable, regardless of scheduling changes or withdrawal from the program. Please download the Crossbar app and be sure to enable notifications. The majority of emails during the season will come from notifications@trumbullyouthfh.com. No Refund Policy – Trumbull Youth Field Hockey By completing registration for Trumbull Youth Field Hockey, you agree to the following No Refund Policy: All registrations are final. Trumbull Youth Field Hockey does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: * Changes in personal schedules * Conflicts with other activities * Weather-related cancellations * Field or league schedule adjustments * Voluntary withdrawal or injury Tentative Schedule: Practice and game times are subject to change based on field availability, enrollment, and other logistical considerations. These changes do not qualify for a refund. Commitment to Planning: Your registration fee helps us cover costs associated with staffing, equipment, field permits, and insurance — many of which are secured in advance and are non-refundable to us as an organization.
